with a high frequency radar mounted on a 30 foot boom, commonly known as snuffelufugus (or snuffy). This brave soul will lead the traverse and hopefully detect any large ITASE-endangering crevasses, booby traps and/or pirate treasure. (yes, that's an inner-tube on the end.)
